Jenn Mansour
Jenn loves having the opportunity to share her journey and passion for helping others develop a positive relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies. Her own experiences with body image struggles, unhealthy relationships with food and exercise, and the pursuit of an empowered lifestyle have shaped her into the trainer she is today.
For most of her life, she battled with negative body image. Especially after having children. The comparison trap and social media totally messed with her head, leading to unhealthy habits and damaging beliefs about her self-worth. However, through her struggles and growth, she discovered the transformative power of embracing her body and celebrating what it CAN do and what it HAS done for her.
She also recognized the importance of nourishing her mind and spirit. This led her to explore the connection between mental health and physical well-being. Exercise, when approached with a healthy mindset, has a profound impact on overall mental well-being. It becomes a source of empowerment.
She wants to help others to feel this way, too. In 2019, she decided to obtain her personal training certification through CPTN.
She is determined to help others embrace an active and healthy lifestyle in a positive way. She shifts the focus from punishment to celebration, from body-shaming to body love. Through patience and education, she aims to successfully convey the importance of nourishing our bodies, loving ourselves, and cherishing the incredible things our bodies are capable of.
She strives to address the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of health, understanding that true wellness encompasses much more than just appearance.
Jenn wants JennEm Fitness studio to be a safe space for our members to explore their own journey.

Fitness Instructor
Fatina Shahla
My name is Fatina Shahla. I am an ICU nurse who loves to dance! I first discovered Zumba in 2010, while working with a personal trainer at a gym. I told him how much I hated cardio, but he knew how much I loved music and loved to dance. He would catch me dancing between my sets and suggested that I try a class. I immediately loved Zumba! It was a place where I was free to dance to music, while still getting an incredible workout. The Zumba community is so welcoming to all fitness levels and embraces people from all walks of life. I decided to get my Zumba license in hopes of bringing the joy that I feel on the dance floor to the students taking my class. I hope that I can inspire people to love their bodies and to get out of their heads, while having a great time.
