DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION COACHING 

Nutrition coaching is slowly being integrated into my business. I don't currently have coaching programs designed yet, but I will have them available in the near future. Stay tuned for updates. 

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I always recommend having some hand weights, we need to be able to go up in weight for effective resistance training and fat burning. I would recommend 5-8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs & 15lbs. We can work with what you currently have though. You will also need resistance bands, an exercise ball and a yoga mat.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

You will never see a "Lose x-amount of weight in 12 weeks from me" Training with me is an investment in your health. I will start with a consultation, address any issues you may be having (Refer you to a specialist if need be) and work with you and your life to come up with the best plan and program for you. I like to work at a slower pace to start to make sure your body is healthy and where it needs to be, before we go into higher intensity exercises. I also am highly focused on body positivity, loving you body no matter what part of your fitness Journey you're in.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SESSION?

Monthly Plan - If you are on a monthly plan, and you miss a session, without giving a minimum of 24 hours notice, the session is lost. There is also a $25 rescheduling fee if you wish to make up the lost session.
