DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

I am currently not certified in Nutrition. If you would like extensive help on nutrition I have a nutritionist I can refer you too. I do however, give small tips and tricks on how to modify your current diet

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I always recommend having some hand weights, we need to be able to go up in weight for effective resistance training and fat burning. I would recommend 5-8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs & 15lbs. We can work with what you currently have though. You will also need resistance bands, an exercise ball and a yoga mat.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

You will never see a "Lose x-amount of weight in 12 weeks from me" Training with me is an investment in your health. I will start with a consultation, address any issues you may be having (Refer you to a specialist if need be) and work with you and your life to come up with the best plan and program for you. I like to work at a slower pace to start to make sure your body is healthy and where it needs to be, before we go into higher intensity exercises. I also am highly focused on body positivity, loving you body no matter what part of your fitness Journey you're in.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A SESSION?

Monthly Plan - If you are on a monthly plan, and you miss a session, I will try my best to fit you in, in that month to make up for it. If we cannot make it up unfortunately, that session will be lost 

10 Session Package - There is no expiry date on these sessions. If you do not show up for a session, you will lose it. 

A minimum of 24hrs notice is requested if you are going to cancel a session and we will reschedule it.
